One contract and one team instead of several contractors.
We are escale, a company from Warsaw. We deliver AI automation, build company management panels, write plugins for property developers and set up mandatory e-Doręczenia.
Why such a broad scope
Technical matters in a company are not divided the way contractors are. The same organisation that orders a sales system also has office hardware, an e-Doręczenia mailbox that someone has to check, and obligations around which the regulations keep changing.
That is why we offer one contract and one phone number instead of five contractors, each of whom knows only their own part and refers you to the others.
How we work
We start with a conversation and a diagnosis. We ask what is not working in the company and how much it costs. Sometimes it ends with us pointing you to a simpler solution.
Then you get a list of what we will do, in what order and for how much. We build and launch what was in the scope.
At the end we hand over access, passwords and a short walkthrough of how to use it. We stay on for maintenance when you want us to.
Where we work
Our office is in Warsaw. We run projects remotely across Poland and service hardware on site in Warsaw and the surrounding area.
We do not limit ourselves to one industry.
