Service

You show the development or the product before it exists.

We build 3D models of what cannot be photographed yet: an estate still under construction, an interior before refurbishment or a product before its first batch. One model yields shots from every side and at any time of day, show flat interiors and camera fly-throughs. The material goes into the sales brochure, the development presentation and the ads.

Scope

What we prepare

Development visualisations

Renders and camera fly-throughs of an estate that does not exist yet. One model gives any number of shots, times of day and façade variants.

Interiors and fit-outs

We show how a unit or a stand will look before anyone starts building it.

Product visualisations

Renders from any angle and in any colour, without a photo shoot and without waiting for a prototype.

Interactive model in the browser

The customer rotates the product, zooms in and switches variants on their own.

Colour variants

One model, any number of material versions. Adding a colour takes minutes, not another shoot.

Short animations

A rotation, an exploded view, a demonstration of how it works. The material is ready for presentations and social media.

Process

How a visualisation is made

  1. Source material

Drawings, dimensions, photos or just a description. The more material, the less guesswork.

  2. Model

We build the basic form and show it in a simple view for approval before the details go in.

  3. Materials and light

This stage decides whether the render looks real or like game graphics.

  4. Render and variants

We prepare the final shots in print and web resolution. Once the first set is approved, we add further colours and shots.

Example

One estate, many shots

A whole set of sales materials comes from one model of the estate. The set below is an example.

ExteriorThe estate from the air and the same estate at night
InteriorsThe living room in the show flat and a kitchen with an island

Questions

Before you ask.

How does a visualisation differ from a photo?

A photo needs a finished object, lighting and a shoot for every change. A model built once gives any shot and any variant, including one that is not in stock yet.

What do we need to provide at the start?

Ideally dimensions or a technical drawing. We can work from photos and a description, but then more has to be settled along the way.

Will the model belong to our company?

Yes. We hand over the source files together with the renders, so you can come back to them with another contractor too.
