Service
Data goes where it should go, without retyping.
We write plugins and integrations that pull data from the system where you already keep it and send it on with no one involved. Most often we deliver the plugin for property developers: every day at a fixed time it publishes flat prices on the government portal. We also write other plugins and integrations to order.
Try it
Change a price and see where it goes.
On the left the sales system, on the right the file published in the register. A change on one side reaches the other by itself.
Demo version. The data is sample data and stays in your browser.
Scope
What the plugin does
Publication at a fixed time
The plugin sends the full data set every day at the agreed hour. Nobody has to remember it or chase anyone.
Data from the source system
We take unit prices and parameters from where the company already keeps them. No second spreadsheet to retype.
The format the portal requires
We structure the file to the government portal's requirements, including the fields most easily forgotten when sending by hand.
Confirmation and submission history
Every publication leaves a record: what was sent, when and with what result. It is all in one place, should anyone ask.
Error notification
The plugin retries a failed submission. If it still does not go through, you get a notification the same day.
Custom plugins
If you need something other than price publication, we write a plugin or integration for a specific process.
Process
How we deliver the plugin
Data source
We check where the company keeps its list of units: its own system, a spreadsheet or a CRM. That decides whether the plugin pulls the data itself or an intermediary is needed.
Format compliance
We compare the fields in your data with the portal's requirements and say plainly what is missing. At this stage the gaps usually turn up in the data, not in the code.
Trial run without publication
We run the full data set through without sending it out, to see the errors before anything is published.
Schedule and support
We set the submission time and error notifications. After that we watch for format changes on the portal's side and update the plugin before publication stops.
Example
Two developments, one submission a day
The plugin pulls unit data from the sales system and publishes it on dane.gov.pl. Development names and figures are examples.
Questions
Before you ask.
Will the plugin work with our system?
We connect wherever the unit data already is: the sales system, a spreadsheet or a database. If the system offers no way to retrieve the data, we say so at the checking stage, before you pay anything.
What happens when a submission fails?
The plugin retries. If the submission still does not go through, you get a notification the same day. You hear about the problem from us, not during an inspection.
Does the plugin relieve the company of responsibility for the data?
No. The plugin sends exactly what is in your system, so the company remains responsible for the accuracy of unit prices and parameters. We are responsible for the submission arriving on time and in the format the portal requires.
What if the format or the regulations change?
The format on the portal's side can change. We watch for that and, as part of ongoing support, update the plugin so that publication does not stop on the day of the change.
