It is one of the first questions every business owner asks when planning to go online, and rightly so, because the answer "it depends" helps nobody make a decision. In practice, the price of a website in Poland can range from a few hundred zloty to several tens of thousands, and the difference comes from specific, verifiable factors, not from chance.
What the price of a website depends on
- Template or custom design: a ready-made template (for example from WordPress) is cheaper, but it looks similar to thousands of other websites. Custom code and a custom graphic design cost more, because every element is built from scratch for your brand.
- Number of pages and scope of content: a one-page business card website is a completely different cost from an extensive site with many sections, a blog or a service catalogue.
- Animations and interactions: subtle scroll animations, custom effects or interactive elements require additional development work on top of a standard layout.
- Integrations: a contact form is standard, but online payments, booking systems or integration with a CRM significantly increase the scope of work.
- SEO from the start: correctly configured metadata, structured data, a sitemap and page speed are work that has to be done once, but properly, and that also has its price.
- Content and copywriting: whether you supply ready texts or have them written affects the total cost and the delivery time.
Typical market price ranges (Poland, 2026)
The figures below are indicative market ranges, and a real quote always depends on the specific scope of the project:
- Simple business card website based on a template: approx. 1,500 to 4,000 PLN
- Custom company website (several sections, no shop): approx. 4,000 to 10,000 PLN
- Website with custom animations, integrations and full SEO: approx. 8,000 to 18,000 PLN
- Online shop: usually from 8,000 PLN upwards, depending on the number of products and the payment integrations
What to avoid when choosing a contractor
A very low price often means no SEO, no mobile responsiveness or a website built on a shared template that cannot be developed flexibly later. Before you go for the cheapest offer, check whether it includes basic search engine optimisation and whether the website will be fully your property (code, hosting, domain), with no hidden dependence on the supplier.
How to get a reliable quote
The best way to find out the real cost is to describe your idea and scope. The figures above are a point of reference, not a ready offer. We quote every project individually, based on a conversation about your needs.
